Factors Affecting the Incidence of Hypertension in Menopause Using Literature Studies

ABSTRACT
 Introduction : Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) has become a health problem community both globally, nationally, regionally and even locally. World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 reported that NCD killed 40 million people every year or equivalent of 70% deaths worldwide. One disease classified as non communicable which is dangerous namely hypertension. Hypertension an important factor trigger for such heart disease, stoke, others currently the number one cause death scourge world. Menopause triggers Method This study aims to analyze factors affected incidence hypertension menopause. The uses 4 databases E-resources, EBSCO, DOAJ, Google Scholar using criteria inclusion exclusion. Data analysis used descriptive method by summarizing research journals. There are 13 journals used. Results From articles, it was found several menopause age, physical activity, food / beverage intake, stress, obesity. Conclusion At menopause, there decrease estrogen secretion resulting constriction blood vessels (vasoconstriction) can pressure rise. Henceforth, hoped community, especially families respondents, will be able know more about their conditions, so they check frequently also maintain lifestyle
